- Focus – Turn off all distractions and allocate a specific time to work on something.
- Compartmentalize – Have ideas, write them all down, then go back and look at the common thread, commit your time to this instead of having too many ideas all at one time.
- Use the “down” time – cooking, commuting, ironing – this is all really valuable time that you can be listening to a podcast or recording your ideas.
