How do we cope when our emotions get shifted way out of whack?

If you think about it, it happens more often than not but there is a few really easy ways that we can get back to our normal selves.

Communities often get stressed out by external circumstances
If we deal with situations in a calm compassionate way, problems become much easier to deal with.

3 ways to get recentered:

1) Breathe: If we just close our eyes, take 5 minutes to focus on your breath once you reopen your eyes, everything is much calmer.

2) Take a walk – Get up, Get outside and get into nature. This simple exercise does wonders for our mind.

3) Talk to someone – this is just the best thing to do when you get consumed with overactive, unnecessary thinking.
