Every heard that saying “If you think you can’t, you won’t” – If you think you can, you will” or Henry Ford quote of “whether you think you can or you can’t, you’re right”

We can do so much more that we ever believe we can.

Here are 3 ways to get you to move from impossible to I’m possible.

1) Attempt and engage – Make it an art.
Our minds are conditioned to assume, perceive and have negative beliefs about what we can and cannot do. Most of this is from our upbringing and what we are taught what we can do. Yet when we put our minds to it we can accomplish miraculous results. What it does take is attempting and really engaging in whatever it is you want to achieve.

2) If not you, then who?
Have you ever when you were younger had a bright idea, done nothing about it and then years down the line someone else has had the same brilliant idea. The only difference is, they took the action.

3) Face the Challenge.
Eleanor Roosevelt famous quote “You must do the thing that you think you cannot do”. The other part of this quote which is the most important in my view is ““You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, ‘I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.’
