In my series of “Midlife tips to keep you Sane & Happy we explored 3 options last week and this week we venture more into some tips that will keep you sane and happy.

Do you remember when you were younger and you had all these dreams as your active imaginations went into overdrive? We wanted to do everything but life didn’t turn out to be nearly as adventurous, did it? Well, isn’t it time we reignited those passions and got working on them? I know I know – you think it is too late but honestly, it isn’t. Most of the most successful people only made it in their prime years too.

Staying active is hugely helpful to release endorphins that make us all feel good. Who doesn’t love the thrill when we get excited? Exercise and staying active can assist with this.

What we put into our bodies is what we will get out of it, ultimately! We have much more focus and energy when we are kind to our bodies. Try to do a cleanse or reduce the amount of unnecessary “stuff” we eat and drink. You will see the world of difference in a really short time.
