This is the buzz phrase right now but what does it really mean.
Wikipedia explains that Quiet quitting is an application of work-to-rule, in which employees work within defined work hours and engage solely in activities within those hours.
Is this not the same as “work/life balance” or is it the answer to a more balanced work/life balance?
Would you implement the “quiet quitting” strategy in your own business?
How will you move further up the ladder in the corporate world if you stay within your hours and your Job description?
Is it the right time to be quiet quitting now that we are heading into a recession/depression where once again we are going to see job losses and redundancies?
